How durable is the glass?
Our products are crafted from premium Pyrex borosilicate glass, which is far stronger and more durable than ordinary glass. Each piece is hand-blown and heat-treated to ensure stability and long-lasting quality. While they should be handled with care like any fine glass, they are designed to be sturdy, reliable, and enjoyed for many years.
When will I receive my item?
Handmade décor takes about 3–5 business days, and lighting about 7–10 days to craft. Shipping adds up to 3 days. Each piece is carefully made by hand, so it’s worth the wait.
Can I change or return my item?
If you want to change a product into another model, strap color etc., please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately. You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.
Do these products need special care?
Gently wash with mild detergent and warm water. Avoid sudden temperature changes. Store in a safe, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat. For extra protection, wrap in a soft cloth or bubble wrap to prevent scratches.
